Fred started First Response Property Restoration to give Covington and Newton County homeowners something they deserve: a restoration company that actually answers the phone.
Before starting FRP, Fred saw how big franchise operations left homeowners waiting, confused about the process, and stuck dealing with multiple contractors. He knew there had to be a better way.
